Well the shoulder is now fine and what is more even amazing is that after 6 days I have not touched a piece of Compeed (other blister treatments are available). Sam is also coping very well. At this point on the coast to coast 3 years ago we were both suffering quite badly. After a great night at the 16th century B&B we once again had a very steep climb to start the day which actually took us across the Kington golf course (highest 18 hole coures in England (I thought we were still in Wales!)). We had some walking along the dyke itself though the condition of it varies quite considerably. Some sections have been totally lost, some are very over grown but there are sections where you can walk on the dyke. Now I do have to go back to the book that Sam Bought in Hay-On-Wye. This is apperntly a cockney crime thriller. Sam has now turned into a cockney finishing every sentence with \”init\”. Evening spent at the Horse & Jockey in Knighton. Nice meal followed by a game of pool.
