Offas\’s Dyke Day 3

Keith our favourite maniac driver took us back to Whitecastle and proceeded to tell us that he actually drives slower without passengers! Sam was still shaking which was probably why I\’d beaten him at pool last night.
The morning walk was good, breezy but no rain and a nice varying terrain. Once we had got back to Pandy and started to climb up to the ridge the weather started to close in. A howling gale, horizontal rain and zero visibility made the next 3 miles very unpleasant. We eventually descend from the ridge into the very small hamlett of Llanthony. It consists of a ruined priory and a pub that had no phone reception, no wifi, no TV and 2 toilets between 10 rooms.
