After contact from a couple of concerned dog owners who were worried about the effect that the noise from Sealed Knot muskets had last year I can confirm that we are not having a Sealed Knot demonstration this year. We will be having Wighill Guns running a rifle range next to the archery but this will only be airguns which make very little noise.
Advance tickets are still available online through the web site for a few more days. Price £8 which is a 20% saving on the gate price!
On show day itself, we will for the first time be able to take card payments on the two main entry gates. The show is hiring two card payment terminals from Worldpay after feed back from other agricultural shows suggesting that this facility was very popular. Visa debit preferred but other cards can be taken.
Setup for the show is just about to start with the field having been topped in preparation of marking out for the rings and marquees.
