Dear Friends and Supporters
Firstly very many thanks for helping to deliver our 70th Anniversary Show without your continued support it would not be the success it has become, I would also like to thank Mr Stuart Cograve our outgoing President for all his hard work and support over the past Year, and not forgetting Lisa Chasney who has just stood down as Chairman whose direction and guidance has been invaluable but I am pleased to say that Lisa will be staying on in the Team, We have enjoyed a great 40’s Night at the Engine Shed attended by some 150 people and a Bonfire Night albeit a bit damp so again many thanks to all those involved, you will be pleased to know we are already planning and working towards the 2016 Show so we hope to be seeing you all agin soon .
On a sad note the committee would like to pass on our heartfelt sympathies to the Rae Family for the untimely death of James Rae . James in his time as Landlord of The Spotted Ox was a great supporter of Tockwith Show and will be sadly missed by all.
