Menu (no pre-selection required) Starter – Dovetail of galia melon, passion fruit syrup and Bucks Fizz Sorbet Light Yorkshire farmhouse terrine with homemade spiced apple chutney and toasted brioche Fresh prawn and salmon, basil leaf salad, mayonnaise and sun-dried balsamic dressing Plum tomato and Mascarpone soup with basil oil.
