Coast 2 Coast Day 7

Today we walked from Orton to Kirkby Stephen which was nearly 13 miles of flat walking according to Sam. He was wrong! Thankfully the rain held off today and it was a relatively pleasant walk. 7 days continuous walking does start to transform the small niggles into potentially serious problems. We both had a visit to the chemist to pick up some extra supplies. Forgot to mention that yesterday I actually saw a Kingfisher flying up one of the rivers. Very impressive.
